We have three different tier levels of management that provide comprehensive management of your ownCloud installation. Below are the tier levels for our server management services.
All of our plans are for single server ownCloud systems. Please contact us for multi-server pricing.
Nav Base Management
Systems management includes:
• Updates of software and applications.
• Standard updates of ownCloud (downtime required)
• Uptime monitoring.
• Responding and resolving downed services (software related to ownCloud only).
• Configuration of backups to your backup server/provider.
• Optional: up to 1 TB of backups on our systems are included after a review of your server and infrastructure to ensure compatibility.
• 2 support tickets per month.
• Setup of up to 5 user accounts per month.
• Additional support tickets are billed at our hourly rate.
Nav Support Management
• All features included in the Base Management Package.
• 5 support tickets per month.
• Setup of up to 10 user accounts per month.
Nav Gold Management
• All items included in the Base Management Package.
• 9 support tickets per month.
• Setup of up to 20 user accounts per month.
• Priority support over our other tiers.
